Payment
Orders paid by credit cards ship according to the delivery terms in your confirmation email. Credit cards are charged immediately at the time the order is placed. Sorry, but we do not accept C.O.D. orders.
We are required to collect 6.00% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of Pennslyvania. No other orders will be charged sales tax.
Refusal Of an Order
If an order is refused for any reason (except if after inspection of the product a damage claim is filed) it will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Damaged Orders
Please Note: If your shipment shows sign of damage please notify us at once. You may be asked to open the package and inspect the product for damage in order to determine if a claim with the carrier needs to be filed. Damages to the shipping carton do not constitute a damage claim.
Once an order is delivered you must file a claim with the carrier for the damaged shipment. You will also be subject to follow the procedures as well as the terms and conditions of the respective carrier. Amazin Products LLC will not be held responsible for any claims once an order is delivered.
Any orders that are damaged in transit will be replaced once UPS completes their investigation and issues a claim for the damaged merchandise.
