Free UPS Ground shipping applies to all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 States. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged a per package shipping and handling fee of $69.95 on all Machines and $39.95 on all Accessories (i.e., any bundled or bonus offers) for UPS Ground Service.

We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses. We only ship to the 50 State U.S. destinations.

After order is completed, no guarantees or price protection will apply. All prices are final when an order is placed. Credits will not be issued after an order is placed. Subsequent sales and reduction in prices will not be applied.

Products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service center closest to you. This information is available either from the warranty booklet, owners’ manual or from the manufacturer directly.

Amazin Products LLC makes no expressed or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for any merchandise sold. All warranty claims must be made by the purchaser directly with the manufacturer or their representatives. Amazin Products LLC will not be held responsible for any claims once an order is delivered.

Orders placed on the website or by phone are intended for the original purchaser or as a gift to the original purchasers’ recipient. We do not knowingly sell products intended for resale. Any purchaser placing an order intended for resale is in violation of our terms and conditions. The product warranty will be voided by the manufacturer and no returns will be accepted. If the product is refused by the shipping recipient, the original purchasers will be responsible for all fees associated with the refusal, including, but not limited to, the restocking fees, as well as both inbound and outbound shipping and handling charges. If the original purchaser files a credit card dispute, we will forward a copy of these terms and conditions that were agreed to when the order was placed and pursue any and all legal means necessary to recover.

Orders placed by phone are still bound by the terms and conditions of the website.  Any questions, changes, order status requests or special requests, whether shipping or otherwise, on any existing orders must be done via email only. No changes, order status requests or special request made through any phone call will apply or be honored. Any claim of any oral promise will not be honored.
