Once your order is "in shipping" you may return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original saleable condition, in it's original carton with all of the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals. You must request an RMA number by email. Once you receive the RMA form, you must sign and date it then fax it back to the number listed on the form. We will then email you instructions on where to ship it to prepaid and insured You must write the RMA number on the return label. All returned products are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to. Any return that shows damage, excess wear and tear or any missing parts or items may be denied credit or charged accordingly. All returns must be received within 30 days. No exceptions will apply. Credit Card orders will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. Any refused shipment will result in a 30% restocking fee.
