Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 1AmazingVacuum.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. 1AmazingVacuum.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 1AmazingVacuum.com will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Taxes
1AmazingVacuum.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Pennsylvania (6%). We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to any other states.  Please be advised that you are solely responsible for the payment of all other applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, use tax, etc.).

Shipping Policy

Free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on all orders.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. Alaska and Hawaii Orders will be charged a per package shipping and handling fee of $69.95 on all products and $39.95 on all accessories (i.e., any bundled or bonus offers) for UPS Ground service.

While we strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as practicable, orders may take between 10-14 business days to receive after a 1-3 business day processing period. This excludes any product delays from the manufacturer, including, but not limited to, delays at port or customs or extended manufacturer delivery times. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The only way to guarantee a shipment is to upgrade and pay for next day air, although processing and packing time will still apply. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its (a) original saleable condition and (b) original carton with all of the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals.  You must request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  number by email. No returns will be accepted without a RMA Number. Once you receive the RMA form, you must sign and date it, then fax it back to the number listed on the form. We will then email you instructions on where to ship the product to prepaid and insured.  You must write the RMA Number on the return label.  Please note that a failure to follow any of the instructions above will delay processing of your return.

Other than products returned due to defects in manufacturing/workmanship or fulfillment mistakes in which you received the wrong product, all returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to properly. Any return that shows damage, excess wear and tear or any missing parts or items (in each case, other than due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship) may be denied credit or charged accordingly. This includes any bonus offers that may have accompanied the purchase.

All returns must be received within 30 days. No exceptions will apply. Credit Card orders will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase.

Refusal Of an Order
If an order is refused for any reason (except if after carrier inspection of the product, a damage claim is filed) it will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee plus you will be liable for the outbound shipping & handling costs (including promotional shipping and bonus offers) as well as any return costs. All credits (minus fees) will be issued after the product is received back and processed.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled if the request for a cancellation (made by email or phone) has been received before the product is in shipping.  Confirmation of either a timely or late receipt of the cancellation request will be emailed to you promptly.   

Processing of a timely cancellation request will be effective immediately and, subject to a 10% processing fee, you will have no further obligations to Amazin Products LLC.

Once your order is “in shipping,” you still may return the product in accordance with our “Returns” policy.
